Goals Won Pty Ltd is committed to providing you with the best possible service experience while protecting your confidentiality. Goals Won Pty Ltd is bound by the Australian Privacy Act, which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals using the service.

Collection of Personal Information

Our service requires submission of personally identifiable information including contact, profile information, username, password, and sensitive information. Users must share goals, progress, setbacks, and related personal information to access full features.

Sharing of Personal Information

Your personal information is not shared with anyone beyond the Goals Won Pty Ltd team and any contracted parties, and if you optionally set it, your nominated external supporter.

Contracted organizations receive only the information necessary to perform their work and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Goals Won does not sell any data — personal information or metadata — to third parties under any circumstances. The limited usage data we share with analytics and error-monitoring providers is described in the Analytics and Advertising section below.

Analytics and Advertising

Usage and website information may be sent to third party analytics and advertising services to help us fix bugs, measure marketing performance, and improve the service. These fall into a few categories: product analytics (used in both the app and on the website to understand feature usage), crash and error monitoring (used in the mobile app to diagnose bugs), and — on our public marketing website only — advertising, tag management, and affiliate referral tracking.

The information shared with these providers is limited to feature-usage signals (for example, "a goal was created" or "a target was completed"), page views and clicks on the public website, checkout funnel events, device and browser metadata, and — for crash reports — error stack traces and device state. We do not send the contents of your Goals, Inbox items, Targets, Milestones, or any communications between you and your coach to analytics or advertising providers. None of this data is ever sold.

Use of Personal Information

Non-personally identifiable information collected includes browser type, operating system, pages viewed, access times, and referring website address. This data supports gauging traffic trends and personalizing content.

Children

No child under the age of 16 may use our services. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the legal age in the jurisdiction of access.

Upon discovering minor information, the company aims for prompt removal.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Goals Won Pty Ltd reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law.

Enterprise and Gifted Plans

Goals Won Pty Ltd will never disclose the contents of your service with others within a company in the case of an enterprise plan, or the buyer in the case of a gifted plan, except where required by law.

Only meta information for billing and reporting is shared; account contents remain confidential.
